Shannon Dingle is a wife, mom, disability and orphan care advocate, and writer. She and her husband have three young children: two biological and one adopted, two with special needs and one typically developing. Shannon leads Access Ministry at Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC, serving and worshiping in Christian community with children, youth, and adults with disabilities and their families. She blogs at The Works of God Displayed and speaks at conferences to equip other churches to meaningfully include people of all abilities. Previously, she taught middle school special education in a small town on the border of Texas and Mexico, trained special educators for Teach For America, and earned her MAEd from East Carolina University.
