Michelle Higgins served for years as Choir Director for New City Fellowship, Chattanooga TN, and currently serves the Music Department at New City Fellowship in South Saint Louis. She has deep roots in the African American pentecostal tradition, but her ambition is to encourage and participate in blended worship with all the nations. Michelle is in the MDiv program at Covenant Seminary and lives in South Saint Louis with her husband, Sean Loftin.
